100 g of hazelnuts (edible part) contain:


1.5 mg copper, which is 150% of the VNR (nutritional reference value);

5.8 mg manganese, which is 290% of the NRV;

14 mg vitamin E, which is 117% of the NRV.


Hazelnuts, together with almonds, are among the fruits with the highest vitamin E content. They also contain phytosterols, useful substances for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
